dishes including many of your Italian favorites.
Although we're open year round, our
menu changes slightly with the seasons and may include some or all of these

Pizza - At Pazzo, we rigorously
adhere to the ancient code of the Neapolitan Society of Pizza Makers. Our
loyalty and allegiance to this exacting code of ethics strictly forbids
the use of anything but flour, water, and yeast in our pizza recipe. We
proudly honor that tradition and use only unbleached soft wheat flour,
fresh baker’s yeast, and filtered well water in our “thin” crust dough.
Our sauce is made from fresh packed Italian plum tomatoes, fresh garlic,
and fresh herbs, our cheese from absolutely only whole milk mozzarella
and our ingredients of exclusively fresh vegetables and toppings are oven
roasted with extra virgin olive oil. Finally, our dough is made twice daily,
allowed to rise slowly, and then individually hand tossed and baked directly
in a stone hearth oven to bring out the fullest flavor and essence of a
truly classic pizza pie.
